Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Provide HR advice on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings, including separation settlements/negotiations and delivering termination outcomes.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) and draft/manage termination documents with privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and provide first-level employee relations guidance, tracking cases and driving process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English.
