•Own activation, retention, and monetization for Razorpay’s SME merchant base, working with Growth teams and DEPA partners.
•Build customer empathy by regularly meeting customers and monitoring the pulse with qualitative and quantitative insights.
•Define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
•Conceptualize new solutions with a data-driven, problem-first approach and prioritize initiatives by value.
•Build and launch products in collaboration with Engineering and ecosystem partners, delivering features on time and coordinating go-to-market with Product Marketing.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years focused on growth or PLG initiatives.
•Data-driven and obsessed with users, grounded in business and data.
•Hands-on, hungry, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
•Strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
•Ability to work with engineers and think from a customer-first and business-first lens.
