Key Responsibilities

  • •Support site survey planning/execution, installations, calibration events, aircraft operational checks, and customer handoff while maintaining safe V-BAT operations.
  • •Verify aircraft readiness post-calibration with Deployment Operations and ensure operational usability for deployed operators.
  • •Lead flight operations and field events with autonomy and disciplined risk management.
  • •Troubleshoot aircraft, payload, ground control, communications, and network/support equipment issues at the field level, including MANET, RF, and SATCOM systems.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with FIT, Deployment Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Training, Customer Operations, and customers; train, evaluate, and mentor operators.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •FAA Private Pilot License (PPL) and demonstrated instructor experience (manned or unmanned aviation).
  • •FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Class II Medical Certificate and pass background, drug screening, and customer-required medical/dental screenings.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Class II Medical Certificate and obtain/maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
  • •Ability to travel 50–75% on short notice and independently lead/support field integration, flight operations, and troubleshooting activities.
