Connect point-of-sale insights to the company’s commercial strategy by partnering with Field, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales teams. •Connect point-of-sale insights to the company’s commercial strategy with Field, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
•Track and analyze field execution to ensure brand strategies are correctly implemented in retail locations.
•Develop and monitor the Vision Store model, identifying improvement opportunities and actionable recommendations.
•Monitor KPIs and indicators such as coverage, availability, route compliance, in-store execution, productivity, and Vision Store.
•Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources; generate reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations, and support reporting/process optimization.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

•Desired: experience with field work or interaction with commercial and execution teams.
•Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools for information analysis.
