Key Responsibilities

•Own on-site troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues on Prufrock systems, minimizing downtime and driving continuous improvement in field performance.
•Alongside teams at HQ, design various systems and sub-systems related to operations such as boring machine parts, support systems, support system equipment, passenger/construction vehicles and tunnel infrastructure.
•Collaborate with design and project teams to validate system behavior, provide field feedback, and inform design changes based on real-world conditions.
•Execute rapid iteration cycles in the field, including modifying, installing, and testing components and assemblies as needed.
•Support commissioning, maintenance, and daily operation of equipment, ensuring systems meet performance, reliability, and safety expectations.
