Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up incoming social media leads and reach out to customers via cold calls and messages.
  • •Conduct product introductions, answer customer inquiries, and provide tailored vehicle rental and sales proposals based on customer needs.
  • •Track order progress, follow up on payment collection, and ensure smooth order closure.
  • •Arrange vehicle inspection and pre-delivery preparation; complete handover procedures including document checking, vehicle demonstrations, usage guidance, and signing forms.
  • •Develop and maintain corporate and key accounts, handle post-delivery return visits and after-sales consultation, and support online/offline promotion activities and exhibitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above.
  • •Hold a valid drivers license and can drive a manual car.
  • •Basic knowledge of cars; experience in used car inspection is a plus.
  • •Previous experience in car rental and sales.
  • •Able to work in a team and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
