Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day activities per SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Manage fulfillment production flow, including intake of customer orders and ensuring timely, high-quality order completion and delivery.
  • •Plan and coordinate shift activities within the fulfillment center to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality of outbound activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HazMat, and DOT, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
  • •Monitor production and personnel metrics; support continuous improvement/lean culture; participate in recruiting, performance reviews, and performance improvement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business, operations, or a related field, or 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle daily operational issues.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multitasking, coaching, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
