Lead BIM technologies and delivery for energy projects within a global Enterprise Capabilities team. Responsible for guiding project BIM/CAD platforms (Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Intergraph SmartPlant), developing technical solutions, and directing BIM teams to meet deadlines. Works in a hybrid environment from Bengaluru/Gurugram, driving complex plant data-centric assignments and ensuring high-quality, integrated design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and direction of BIM technologies to assigned project teams
•Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
•Independently determines and develops approaches to BIM-related solutions
•Perform complex assignments involving multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit
•Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM-enabled designs

Key Requirements

•Diploma / BE Electrical & Electronics with >14 years' experience post qualification
•Experience in Civil 3D software tool
•Work experience in ME Urban Infrastructure Design works (prefer Dry Utilities design experience in consulting firms)
•Good knowledge of Revit is added advantage
•Strong communication skills in English is desirable. Experience of managing BIM & CAD teams is highly desirable.
