•Build, Design and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals.
•Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand their business challenges and serve as a strategic advisor to their AI roadmap
•Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs.
•Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
•Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs

•Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them
•A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience.
