  • •Drive platform-level improvements that enable consistent experimentation capabilities across multiple product surfaces.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and data leaders to ensure experiments are technically sound and strategically aligned.
  • •Establish guardrails and best practices to balance experimentation velocity with performance, reliability, security, and data integrity.
  • •Mentor engineers and contribute to leveling up experimentation fluency across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
  • •Hands-on experience building and evolving experimentation platforms (feature flagging systems, A/B frameworks, event pipelines, analytics integrations).
  • •Proven ability to design scalable instrumentation strategies and ensure high data integrity across complex product surfaces.
  • •Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives that span frontend, backend, and data systems.
  • •Proficiency in Go.
