Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain engineering drawings using EPLAN Electric P8 and Pro Panel.
  • •Develop and maintain standardized EPLAN macros for electrical schematics and layout design, ensuring compliance with Eaton engineering standards.
  • •Contribute validated engineering logic, rules, constraints, and construction kit/options/variants dependencies to EEC/EEC developer work for rule-based automation.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Digital Engineering to ensure feasibility and consistency between engineering standards, manufacturing constraints, and digital workflows.
  • •Support continuous improvement of engineering processes by testing automated outputs, participating in correction loops, and reducing manual effort through Bidmanager/EPLAN/EEC adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or equivalent technical education.
  • •4+ years of experience in planning and engineering customized pre-wired distribution boards.
  • •Hands-on experience with Bidmanager and EPLAN Electric P8, and Pro Panel (smart wiring experience is a strong advantage).
  • •Experience working in ETO environments and interacting with sales and manufacturing teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of local and international engineering standards for LV systems (e.g., IEC 61439) and advanced CAD skills (EPLAN P8, Pro Panel).
