Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (GED accepted) plus 1+ years of related experience/training in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance; or 4 years of direct experience.
  • •Have or be able to attain RETA certification.
  • •Industrial maintenance knowledge across three or more areas such as ammonia refrigeration, engine/boiler systems, electricity & motor controls, controls & instrumentation, PLC (software & hardware), pneumatics & hydraulics, mechanical systems, predictive maintenance, or site utilities.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and maintain basic computer skills.
  • •Willingness to work all shifts (days/evenings/overnights), extended hours, and weekends.
