Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Contracts Management delivery across the business line projects at all phases, managing multiple contracts at the large EPC level.
  • •Ensure process compliance of the Contracts Management function across project portfolios and support claims success.
  • •Own and lead implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with McDermott policies and procedures, ensuring teams complete mandatory training.
  • •Manage relationships with Contracts Management stakeholders (project management, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, fabrication, construction, marine installation, hook up and commissioning, consortium/JV partners, QHSE, legal, finance, business line management, EXCOM, and clients).
  • •Coordinate contract negotiations with customers/clients, contribute to annual business line budget and department strategy, and drive departmental improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, legal, Commercial, or Quantity Surveying) with 10 years of Contracts Management experience, including at least 5 years of management experience.
  • •Proven contract management experience within the Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPC/EPCI) industry in Energy Transition, Onshore/Offshore, or Subsea and Floating Facilities (FPSO/FPU).
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles across design, procurement, construction, and installation phases.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex contract requirements to identify potential risks.
  • •Proficiency using contract management software and the MS Office Suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
