Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Ontario high school diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
  • •Experience in construction, mining, or operating heavy machinery is preferred (not required).
  • •Reliability, including showing up on time.
  • •Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends when required.
  • •Physical ability to walk around the plant, with dependability and good communication skills.
