Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy HR processes (performance management, talent development, skills reviews, compensation policy, mobility, onboarding) for Technical Direction and Products teams.
  • •Contribute to HR strategy and business performance using these HR levers.
  • •Develop employee engagement and work-life quality (QVCT) through local proximity actions.
  • •Advise managers on individual and collective HR issues and support cases requiring specific follow-up; provide day-to-day support to employees.
  • •Coordinate and pilot commissions on Health & Safety, disability, and QVCT, and contribute to cross-functional HR projects (internal communication, diversity & inclusion, RPS prevention, HR process improvement).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • •2–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
  • •Comfort working closely with teams and managers with a solutions-oriented mindset and initiative.
  • •Strong service orientation, relationship-building, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • •Very good level of English (written and spoken) in a Franco-German context.
