Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage travel operations for Asia Pacific for Visa employees, candidates, customers, and relocations.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to travelers and stakeholders by recommending options that follow Visa travel policies.
  • •Administer inquiries via Travel Services mailbox/AskTravel, manage unused ticket reports and supplier credits/incentives, and ensure compliance with travel policy.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions when issues arise.
  • •Develop deep expertise in travel tools and expense tools, monitor booking communications, and support office openings and M&A onboarding workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •7+ years of regional experience managing corporate travel programs and systems.
  • •Functional knowledge of travel foundations such as GDS, NDC, OBT, and TMC functionality.
  • •Experience developing and supporting relationships with travel partners including TMCs, airlines, hotels, and rental car providers.
  • •Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally, including understanding stakeholder requirements to achieve goals.
