Sr. Manager, Security Strategy & Execution

Shape and drive the enterprise security roadmap by translating evolving threats and business needs into measurable, actionable initiatives. Lead planning, coordination, and execution tracking across security efforts spanning identity and access management, cloud and infrastructure security, and secure access/network evolution. Partner with IT and business leaders, embed security into technology initiatives, develop program metrics, and mentor team members in a hybrid schedule at the Kansas City Technology & Operations Center.
