Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate risk insights and emerging threats into clear, actionable security initiatives.
  • •Lead planning, coordination, and execution tracking across key security efforts, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and reporting.
  • •Support initiatives across identity and access management, cloud and infrastructure security, and secure access/network security evolution.
  • •Develop and track program metrics, improve security operating models and ways of working, and mentor team members as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus at least 10 years of technical work experience, including at least 6 years of management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •At least 10 years of experience across cybersecurity, IT, or related roles.
  • •Experience in security strategy, program leadership, or large-scale initiative delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of core security domains including identity, cloud, network, and data.
  • •Ability to translate complex problems into structured, executable plans and lead through influence across technical and business teams.
