Key Responsibilities

  • •Define clients’ Data strategy, recommend complex architectures (on-premise/cloud), and run technical workshops to translate business needs into Data/IA solutions.
  • •Set architecture standards and supervise implementation across delivery projects.
  • •Lead and develop the Data squad, including supporting consultants’ skill growth.
  • •Define target technology directions with leadership and animate the partner ecosystem.
  • •Work closely with the Sales Data Specialist on pre-sales, jointly build value propositions, and convert prospect needs into Data & IA projects.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 7 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer followed by Data Architect, ideally in consulting firms or an ESN.
  • •Deep knowledge of the full Data domain (Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Science, Governance, Business Intelligence).
  • •Strong command of market technologies and tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, AWS, Azure, and dbt.
  • •Proven mastery of Agile methods.
  • •Excellent leadership skills and strong business sensitivity to support growth for major Lyon accounts.
