Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Develop and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and cloud-native services to extend Salesforce capabilities.
  • •Own delivery from discovery to deployment, including documentation, testing, production deployment support, and root-cause analysis; mentor other engineers and act as delivery lead for projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex and Lightning Web Components, plus process automation tools.
  • •7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • •Experience with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities, with strong understanding of best practices and declarative frameworks.
  • •Strong Python experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
  • •Experience designing cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions) and Generative AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
