Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
  • •Distribute materials safely onto flat and sloped roofs according to company safety guidelines.
  • •Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained and certified) to transport building materials to rooftops.
  • •Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
  • •Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors and coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and team members while adhering to OSHA and company protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 100 lbs. and work at significant heights on varied roof surfaces.

  • •Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
  • •Proficient in verbal and written communication in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
