Load, unload, transport, and position roofing materials on rooftops for residential homes and commercial buildings, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and excellent service to roofing contractors. Operate manual/mechanical loading methods and conveyor belt systems (if trained/certified), verify and reconcile material orders, and coordinate with drivers and teammates. Follow OSHA and company safety procedures while working outdoors and on significant heights.

Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
•Distribute materials safely onto flat and sloped roofs according to company safety guidelines.
•Operate conveyor belt systems (where trained and certified) to transport building materials to rooftops.
•Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
•Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors and coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and team members while adhering to OSHA and company protocols.

Salary: USD 20 - 26.63 hourly

Key Requirements

•Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 100 lbs. and work at significant heights on varied roof surfaces.

•Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
•Proficient in verbal and written communication in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
