Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and oversee a training and development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Design and implement leadership development programmes aligned to succession requirements and business needs.
  • •Coordinate coaching, mentoring, leadership assessments, and evaluate programme effectiveness with recommendations for improvement.
  • •Administer and optimize LMS, training databases, and reporting tools to ensure delivery and tracking of training programmes.
  • •Lead succession planning and talent review processes, and develop career progression frameworks, career pathways, and induction programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8–10 years of experience in training, professional development, or instructional leadership.
  • •Proven track record managing LMS platforms and e-learning systems, and developing/executing successful training programmes.
  • •Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance evaluation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Technology, or related field; ZAQA Accreditation required.
  • •ZIHRM Certification is required; Masters is an added advantage.
