Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve AV and digital signage issues for customers using technologies including Q-Sys, Crestron, Microsoft Teams rooms, Windows 11, BrightSign, AppSpace, Biamp, and Shure.
  • •Provide onsite AV support and troubleshoot issues during active meetings and VIP events.
  • •Assist end users with operation of AV systems, including meeting support, meet-and-greet, and training.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and service tasks such as fault isolation, projector lamp changes, and filter cleaning.
  • •Monitor integrated technology performance, maintain tickets, coordinate RMA/parts procurement, and apply critical software updates.
