Chief of Staff

Drive strategic execution for an AI neobank expansion across products, markets, and teams. Build and manage operating cadence (OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking) and coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations. Prepare decision memos and board/leadership materials, identify risks and dependencies early, and help leadership make sharper trade-offs. Own special projects requiring senior judgment.
