Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and research scientists to develop rich UI experiences using React and robust backend services in Python
•Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and operational support with a strong sense of ownership
•Scale systems cost-effectively and drive continuous improvements in reliability and automation
•Improve team velocity through software design, feature development, platform and framework enhancements, capacity planning, and deployment tooling
•Set and maintain best practices for measuring, monitoring, and responding to system availability, latency, and health
