Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker II through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. In this role, you’ll use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and retain customers. You’ll proactively reach out using CAMP and marketing tools, cross-sell, partner with mortgage and business teams, meet production goals, and maintain risk and ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding and education rotations (Operations and Sales & Service) and earn certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker II.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend solutions using retail consumer and small business products/services and promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services.
•Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell, engage in outside sales activities, partner with Business Partners for referrals, meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, and follow policies to manage risk and maintain confidentiality.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
