Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety policies and procedures; stop work when unsafe conditions exist and report concerns to leadership/EHS.
  • •Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, routers, process documentation, and work instructions; verify revision levels and compliance.
  • •Independently set up and operate assigned CNC machining processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • •Perform machine setups/changeovers, tooling installation, offset/program verification, and first-piece validation.
  • •Conduct dimensional inspections and routine adjustments (offsets, feed/speed), handle nonconforming material/scrap, perform daily TPM and maintain a clean 5S-ready work area.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of one (1) year of experience performing at a Machinist I level or equivalent CNC machining experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process documentation.
  • •Experience using precision measuring equipment and performing machining calculations.
  • •Working knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation, including routine offset adjustments and basic feed/speed modifications.
