Key Responsibilities

  • •Edit submissions from the BuzzFeed Community Creator Program to meet editorial standards for quality, accuracy, and style.
  • •Provide editorial feedback, coaching, and best practices to help creators improve over time.
  • •Engage with contributors in the Discord server, answer questions, and foster relationships in the creator community.
  • •Moderate community content and comments to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
  • •Use traffic and engagement data to inform editorial decisions and curate standout content; collaborate on publishing strategy and creator initiatives.
