•Perform complex and comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, using analytics to support initiatives.
•Drive forecasting (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
•Provide counsel in controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and development of business plans and strategies.
•Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professional reports and supporting operational and strategic plans.
•Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders and mentor/guidance lower-level roles to improve performance.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields.
•Ability to perform complex financial analysis and identify issues with recommended solutions.
•Experience with forecasting, budgeting, planning, controls, and ROI/financial decision support.
•Knowledge of SAP applications and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
