Key Responsibilities

  • •Use GD&T to interpret blueprints at all assembly levels and verify key performance/design characteristics.
  • •Collect geometric data with laser tracker and Romer Arm through Verisurf and apply appropriate reference systems.
  • •Analyze collected data to provide direction for remaining tooling operations and fabrication work on large structures.
  • •Perform detailed in-process inspections on flight and development hardware using drawings, CAD models, and established processes.
