Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior technical authority for the ServiceNow platform, establishing architectural standards, patterns, guardrails, and technical direction.
  • •Provide enterprise-level technical architecture, solution design, and platform governance for a complex enterprise deployment.
  • •Develop and maintain multiyear ServiceNow platform roadmaps aligned to strategic requirements and assess current/future-state posture.
  • •Provide architecture oversight across major ServiceNow functional areas including ITSM, CSDM, CMDB, ITOM, integrations, data, security, AI capabilities, and solution delivery.
  • •Architect integrations and data flows between ServiceNow and other systems, and conduct architecture/solution design reviews to ensure compliance with leading practices and standards.
