Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • •Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • •Oversee general ledger management, reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting activities.
  • •Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the Record-to-Report function.
  • •Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team while partnering with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and auditors to deliver financial insights and service excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • •8–10 years of experience in finance, audit, or financial reporting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • •Minimum 5 years of Big 4 audit experience supporting multinational organizations.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks, plus proficiency in Oracle EPM (Fusion, ARCS, FCCS) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
