Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and present manufacturing financial results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • •Run month-end close and financial reporting within SAP, including reconciliation of plant balance sheet accounts.
  • •Provide cost forecasting and analysis, including productivity pipeline accuracy and analysis.
  • •Ensure integrity of financial records, safeguarding of assets, and compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley; conduct internal/self-assessment audits and manage audits.
  • •Manage and develop 1 direct report while leading process improvements and supporting plant initiatives and KHMS teams.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Business or Accounting/Finance.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management.
  • •Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing.
  • •Extensive practical systems knowledge including SAP and advanced Excel.
  • •Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills; CPA/CMA/CGA (or MBA in Accounting/Finance) is an asset.
