Plant Controller, Avon NY Plant

Lead financial management for the Avon Manufacturing Plant, overseeing budgeting, planning, monthly close, reconciliation, and accurate financial reporting. Present manufacturing results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders while driving cost reduction and improved operating efficiencies. Manage internal controls and audits in line with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, and support plant initiatives and KHMS teams. Lead and develop one direct report within a manufacturing finance organization.
