Key Responsibilities

  • •Patrol the interior and exterior of the building to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property.
  • •Screen guests and verify credentials, including 1-1 screenings (pat-downs, visual screening, and bag/personal item screening).
  • •Monitor and authorize entrance and departure to prevent theft and maintain security and safety.
  • •Maintain situational awareness, manage barricade activity, communicate via radio, and perform de-escalation as needed.
  • •Write reports/contact logs of daily activities and irregularities and assist with daily setup/breakdown tasks.

Salary: USD 17.65 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Evening availability is required (typical shows run 5:30pm–12am).
  • •Ability to perform duties requiring constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting.
  • •Must be able to carry 75 lbs alone or up to 200+ lbs as a team.
  • •Comfort working in crowded environments with noise up to 100 dBa, strobing lights, and complete darkness.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent experience (GED, HiSET) is required.
