Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, and post journal entries (regular, delegated, and ad-hoc) ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • •Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up on open or aging items through to resolution.
  • •Support month-end close activities, including banking close processes for Canada & Bermuda.
  • •Compose, modify, and reconcile fixed/business assets, including depreciation reclass entries.
  • •Assist with internal and external audit requests, including SOX testing and self-assessment reviews; contribute to revenue recognition reviews and process automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • •Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • •Intermediate to sophisticated English, both written and spoken.
  • •Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and/or Trintech is a plus.
  • •Strong attention to detail, outcome delivery, and collaboration across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
