Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining client information and supporting documentation from internal and external sources.
  • •Work with relationship managers and client-facing teams to collect documentation needed for KYC requirements.
  • •Review information and documentation to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies and procedures.
  • •Validate data in the KYC system of record to ensure CIP and CDD are complete and accurate.
  • •Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews where required and keep follow-ups on track to meet deadlines/KRI-KPI targets.

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an AML/KYC function.
  • •Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong time management skills.
  • •Evidence of effective communication with stakeholders.
  • •Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
