Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive production management experience in a design/build manufacturing environment, with 4+ years in a management role.
  • •Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • •Strong understanding of Build to Order (BTO) / Configure to Order (CTO) and final assembly of complex products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
