Job Summary

Support fulfillment and shipping operations in RealReal’s Authentication Center by sorting, picking, packing, and staging products using handheld scanners. You’ll help with inventory control, stock shelves, perform inventory counts, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment (including folding and bagging). The role includes dock work as needed, maintaining shipping supplies and a tidy workspace, and assisting other departments based on business needs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards.
•Sort, put away, and stock product shelves; maintain shipping supplies and inventory organization.
•Perform inventory counts using a handheld scanner; pick, sort, and stage products using handheld scanners.
•Prepare customer orders for shipment, including outbound fulfillment (folding and bagging, inventory control, picking, packing, loading/unloading).
•Assist other product departments as needed and perform other assigned tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 17.25 hourly
