Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses/design per design basis, project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • •Direct engineering team as a Lead Engineer on small projects and manage own time to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • •Prepare detailed design calculations, analyses, reports, and procedures; raise change notifications and support variation orders.
  • •Provide technical direction and review for Designers producing Fire Protection & Safety engineering deliverables and perform design checks/verification.
  • •Prepare and review HSE & fire protection philosophies, safety study scope/specifications, equipment lists, firewater/hydraulic calculations, and safety study workshop inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8–15 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design.
  • •Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society (as applicable).
  • •Strong working knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and applicable standards codes and guidelines.
  • •Ability to independently solve complex HSE engineering problems with minimal guidance.
