Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily factory walkthroughs, train and engage employees to report hazards, and track corrective actions to closure.
  • •Lead accident, incident, near-miss, and first-aid investigations; perform root-cause analysis and ensure timely reporting.
  • •Coordinate sustainability and EHS improvement initiatives including zero emissions focus, energy conservation, waste reduction, safety, ergonomics, and workplace health.
  • •Support and maintain ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems, including internal/external audits and non-conformity tracking and closure.
  • •Manage contractor EHS activities, run emergency mock drills, maintain emergency preparedness, and lead HIRA/JSA and environmental aspect & impact assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of working experience in an EHS role.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •National certified safety engineer ISO14001 or OHSAS18001 internal auditor is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in safety management, environmental science, health, or an equivalent field.
