Job Summary

Lead the operational rhythm for a business systems and strategic transformation (BST) organization, translating leadership vision into consistent execution. Own execution tracking across planning and review cadences (standups, weekly meetings, MBRs, QBRs) and ensure cross-functional follow-through. Manage cross-functional initiatives focused on BST process optimization, define KPIs and system health metrics, align budget and resources with Finance/HR partners, and deliver executive communications including board-level updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, maintain, and continuously optimize the department’s operational cadence, including standups, weekly staff meetings, MBRs, QBRs, and annual planning cycles.
•Own execution tracking mechanisms across battle rhythm forums by capturing decisions, chasing deliverables, unblocking dependencies, and holding teams accountable.
•Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on BST process optimization.
•Define and track goals, KPIs, improvement targets, and system health metrics to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
•Partner with BST Finance and HR to align departmental budget and resource plans, and prepare strategic presentations and all-hands messaging.

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
•5+ years in business operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management in a tech or high-growth environment.
•Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
•Ability to travel 20%.
•Demonstrated experience building and running structured operational cadences (staff meetings, QBRs, planning cycles) for technical or executive teams.
