•Contribute to internal Allianz Consulting projects, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.
•Support business transformation by advising on AI adoption.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a full-time employee.
•Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and advise on AI adoption for business transformation.
•Show strong analytical thinking and an affinity for solving problems.
•Have an excellent command of English for preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
