Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure supply continuity for manufacturing by following up on orders, verifying deliveries, approving payments, and maintaining required records.
  • •Adhere to standard purchasing business processes.
  • •Proactively drive timely delivery/shipment from suppliers and resolve shipment/receiving and billing issues.
  • •Partner with suppliers on demand/supply collaboration and execute pull-ins/push-outs to meet MRP demand.
  • •Negotiate and execute purchase and RFQ activities to drive the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need, and drive problem resolution with key stakeholders.
