Job Summary

Serve customers in a Financial Center role using a consultative sales approach to identify and meet personal and small business financial needs. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and rotation program across operations and sales/service, then deliver periodic financial reviews through proactive outreach. Cross-sell retail products, manage referrals with business partners, support teller and platform staff duties, and help drive customer experience and production goals while following risk and ethics policies.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities such as business sales calls and community financial literacy events.
•Support customer experience goals by answering questions, owning customer issues, and managing confidentiality while processing teller transactions and platform staff work.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS.
