Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed inspection activities to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.
  • •Select and operate inspection equipment and maintain/calibrate it for accuracy and reliability.
  • •Review technical drawings and inspect structures to identify and isolate defects.
  • •Complete and approve checklists/red tags and communicate issues to supervisors and production managers to support CAR resolution prior to shipment.
  • •Conduct incoming inspections, prepare Wisper Defective Material Reports (DMRs), coordinate return authorization, and maintain defect/part code records.
