Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft Project.
  • •Support project baseline creation during initiation and setup and facilitate detailed multi-discipline scope reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked Level 3 and Level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation projects using precedence flow planning.
  • •Produce workforce histograms and progress/quantity curves, and maintain sequence tracking across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Hook-Up, Commissioning for critical path control.
  • •Monitor schedule compliance and analyze variations, elevate/escalate delaying activities, and lead/deliver initiatives while mentoring junior planners as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
  • •7-10 years of EPCIC experience on onshore or offshore Oil and Gas (or Power Generation) projects.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft Project.
  • •Ability to create and maintain logically linked activity schedules using precedence flow planning and best practices.
  • •Advanced Excel skills to produce curves/histograms and create progress curves, histograms, variance reports, and critical paths.
