Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver spa treatments aligned with ESPA protocols and hotel brand standards while tailoring to guests’ needs.
  • •Conduct in-depth client consultations to identify medical history and concerns, and provide aftercare recommendations.
  • •Drive revenue through retail sales targets, up-selling, and cross-selling spa treatments and products.
  • •Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene of equipment, products, and linens, following ESPA protocols.
  • •Maintain daily sales records and guest profiles, handle guest complaints with the Duty Manager, and support reception/spa attendant coverage as required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a high school education or a Certificate in Massage therapy.
  • •2+ years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English and French.
  • •Ability to perform treatments to an exceptional standard following ESPA protocols and training.
  • •Maintain grooming, appearance, personal hygiene, and professional, hygienic treatment practices.
