Job Summary

Administer and maintain a portfolio of commercial loan accounts by processing loan advances, pay-downs, wire transactions, and related servicing activities. Ensure accurate loan setup and ongoing maintenance in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and loan agreements. Partner with client and portfolio teams to resolve servicing issues, handle client inquiries, support loan closings, and maintain data integrity through timely transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

•Process customer loan advance requests and pay-down requests.
•Receive and process transactions, including Fed Wires and warrant fee transactions, in the loan servicing system.
•Update customer information (address, banker, branch, etc.) and complete two-touch approvals when needed.
•Perform daily wire settlement and manage daily transaction processing for the Specialty Finance Group.
•Assist with loan statements, insurance monitoring requests, and support client inquiries and servicing issue resolution.
