Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the long-term planning process by translating long-term strategies into priorities, initiatives, and KPIs.
  • •Support annual budget and monthly flash processes with management and planners, including negotiations and reconciliations with finance teams.
  • •Manage the operating model and cadence of reviews to deliver committed financial performance while advancing strategic priorities.
  • •Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance while mitigating risks, and lead complex time-sensitive business requests across functions.
  • •Deliver monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and choice-point deliverables, and proactively identify and manage key risk areas with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 7-10 years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of HP’s financial processes and operational execution to contribute to the CTO business planning team.
  • •Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining KPIs to measure and track initiative progress, plus the ability to work in ambiguous environments using independent judgment.
