•Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects to accelerate Adobe’s long-term growth and support senior executives across the business
•Develop product strategies and assess the impact of technological trends such as GenAI
•Analyze the competitive landscape and determine Adobe’s future strategic positioning
•Craft perspectives on market adjacencies and strategies to pursue (build, buy, or partner)
•Mentor and coach teams while influencing senior stakeholders to take decisive action

Salary: USD 134,600 - 256,450 annually

•Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements
