Job Summary

Build and maintain automations, internal tools, and workflow pipelines using Claude Code and related AI coding tools, troubleshooting issues independently. Own operational workflows across conference pipeline tracking and revenue funnels using HubSpot and internal dashboards. Conduct research on medical/AI/longevity topics and respond to queries using an AI knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain automations, internal tools, and workflow pipelines using Claude Code and related AI coding tools
•Troubleshoot and resolve AI tool and workflow issues independently
•Convert manual repeatable work into AI-assisted or automated systems
•Manage the conference pipeline end-to-end (attendees, sponsors, payment tracking) and optimize revenue funnels using HubSpot and dashboards
•Draft sponsor outreach and partnership communications, create AI-assisted content (LinkedIn/newsletters/webinars), and fully own inbox prioritization and drafting responses

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
•Production-level fluency with AI code-harness tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and/or Codex) to build real workflows/tools
•Exceptional written English with clear, structured communication
•Experience managing follow-ups, pipelines, or CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) in a business operations context
•Ability to operate independently with high ownership and good judgment under ambiguity
